Welcome to the Murfreesboro Central High School — Class of 1970.
By the end of the 1970 class year, Central High had grown to almost twenty-two hundred students, four administrators, five guidance counselors, eighty-one teachers, and two librarians. Also, Central offered a variety of courses, from analytical math, electricity, and latin to chld-care, autobody, and food service. Central was home to eight sports, including: football, basketball, wrestling, baseball, golf, and cross-country. School spirit was always up, up, up — with the help of hard-working cheerleaders and a talented band leading pep meetings.

Reunion Planning Committee Update.

Calling All Photos!
We're looking for more photographs of our high school years so if you have a few and don't mind sharing with your classmates, please send them as email attachments to: photos@mchs1970.org. Please send them in either jpeg, gif, or tiff format.

Volunteers Needed!
Your help is needed to make sure the 40 year reunion goes off without a hitch. There are tons of details and more than enough to do for everyone who wants to be involved in the planning. If you'd like to share your e-mail and/or Web page information, send the information via email to: profiles@mchs1970.org. We'll also add your name to the e-mail distribution list. If you're a woman, please give your maiden name to help others find you. If you'd like to add "Then and Now" photos send a "Now" photo via email to photos@mchs1970.org and attach a digital version of the photo, preferably a jpeg. We'll add your photo from the senior yearbook for the "Then" photo and include both photos in you profile page on this site. We look forward to hearing from you!
